Chemwest utilizes four, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining centers to produce small quantity, high quality plastic machined components from thermoplastics.
Machineable thermoplastics include commodity materials like polypropoylene (PP), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), and Acetal, to the exotics like Teflon, polyether ether ketone (PEEK), and plolyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).
Chemwest can machine parts up to 48" long, 36" wide, and 18" deep.
